Pierre is Director of EUROPROJECT. He graduated from EDHEC Business School, and obtained a double
specialisation in Business Strategy and Organisation Consultancy. His previous experience in a large
French chemical industry company provided him with expertise in large scale project management.

Teodora has graduated Sofia University with Bachelor's degree in English and American studies and
Master's degree in Public Relations. She has specialized Management of Finances at UNWE.
Her ten-year experience as an expert and manager of EU Projects gave her sound understanding of
EU polices and financial mechanisms. She has been a project manager under different European
Community programmes (Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, etc.), has developed and managed the
investment projects of over 30 Bulgarian SMEs under PHARE programme and the Structural Funds and has done financial management of FP7 projects.

Natali has a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business, Energy and Finance from CIBS London and a

Sustainability Fellowship with the Sendzimir Foundation and a specialization in Product Management
and Innovation gained in Vienna University of Economics and Business. Natali has worked in a
variety of environments, including top FMCG companies (Beiersdorf AG, Henkel), research centre
focusing on sustainable mobility and Accelerator London - Tech City-based start-up business
incubator. Her diverse work experience, including EU projects-related, provided her with a solid
basis for the setting up and management of collaborative projects in the fields of sustainable
development, environment and climate change and digital innovation.

Kalin is the Web Developer at EUROPROJECT. He holds a bachelor and a Master of Science degree from
He has experience as a webmaster in one of the largest software companies in Europe, based in Varna,
as well as in the Bulgarian National Radio and in the largest University hospital in Bulgaria – “St. Marina” Varna.
Kalin possesses skills in both Front end and Back end web development. He has experienced knowledge of
web technologies - HTML5/CSS3. He has great interest in exploring and implementing new and innovative
IT solutions, web applications optimization and IT security.

Desislava Kraleva, is an experienced specialist in the field of donor-funded projects,
with a particular focus on projects funded by the EU. With more than 7 years of relevant work experience,
she has worked on projects in the fields of human rights, social justice, youth policies, employment issues,
economic policy, democratisation, good governance, environment, etc. The projects, on which she worked
throughout the full project cycle, were implemented in various European, IPA and Africa, Caribbean and
Pacific countries. With a B.A. in International relations and Master of European Affairs, she has a firm
understanding of EU policies and legislation in different domains. Desislava has worked for prominent
international organisations, among which the European Commission, where she gained first-hand experience
in the formation and application of EU policies. Desislava is certified in the PRINCE2 methodology and
joined Europroject in September 2017.
